OATLEY 2026 ANZAC DAY SERVICE
Oatley RSL Sub-Branch ANZAC Day 2026 – Dawn Service & Family Day
The Oatley RSL Sub-Branch invites the community to join us in commemorating ANZAC Day on Saturday, 25th April 2026, with our Dawn Service and Family Day at the Oatley Memorial Gardens.
Dawn Service – 6:00 AM
Our ANZAC Day Dawn Service will commence at 6:00 AM at the Oatley War Memorial in the Oatley Memorial Gardens. We suggest members of the public plan to arrive at 05:30am, 0545 at the latest. We encourage everyone to gather as we pay tribute to the sacrifices made by our servicemen and women. The service will conclude around 7:00 AM.
Following the service, the annual ANZAC Day BBQ Breakfast will be served at the Oatley memorial gardens by the amazing volunteers from the Oatley and Lugarno Lions Clubs. Tickets for the breakfast can be purchased online from the 01st April 2026 or on the morning at the ticket table. A link to the online tickets will be posted on this website from the 01st April 2026. Seating will be limited so we suggest that you bring a picnic rug and take in the very somber surroundings as we enjoy an affordable, hearty breakfast with our loved ones and community members, whilst being surrounded by images and memories of Oatley's war heroes. BBQ's and seating will be located at the Sub-Branch block at 30 Oatley Avenue (opposite the war memorial). Local Coffee vendors will be available on the morning. We are proud to be supplied and supported by 100% local Oatley Businesses.
Family Day – 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Later in the day, we invite families to join us back at the Oatley Memorial Gardens from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for our ANZAC Day Family Day. The event will feature:

Oatley Lions Club BBQ
Emergency Services Display
Local Community Groups
This is a wonderful opportunity for the whole community to come together, reflect, and honour our veterans while enjoying a day of remembrance and family-friendly activities.
