The Oatley RSL Sub Branch Board

The Oatley RSL Sub-Branch board is structured to ensure effective governance and operational excellence, consisting of four primary directors: the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. To align with the guidelines set forth by the Australian Institute of Company Directors regarding optimal board size for an organisation of our scale, we also appoint at least two additional directors, serving as the Vice Secretary and Vice Treasurer. This framework is designed to enhance business continuity, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and uphold best practices in governance. By maintaining a robust and diverse board, we are committed to safeguarding the interests of our members and the community we serve.
